History
School of science Ogbomoso (founded as Ogbomoso Grammar School of Science on August 1, 1994) is a coeducational institution that specialises in sciences. It’s one of the schools supervised directly by the Ministry of Education. The reputable boarding senior secondary school is located at Oke Owode Ogbomoso, Oyo State. The school, under its pioneer principal, Mr. D.O. Ajekigbe, recorded the best WAEC O'Level result throughout Oyo State in the year 1997. Since then, the school has produced established professionals and academics in different parts of the world.
The alumni of the School of Science in Ogbomoso are bold testimonies to the school’s achievements. The motto of the school reads ‘de la science, a l’astre’. Consequentially, in actualizing this vision, the alumni association represents the bridge between the past and the present. This is one of the reasons why the school places a high premium on highly-engaged alumni relationships. We love to celebrate our students' and alumni's accomplishments and experiences.
